  • The channel used a three-bucket video strategy for Youtube:
    • Evergreen Content: Videos with long-term relevance (e.g., best AI SEO tools) that remain discoverable for years and rank on YouTube and Google search.
    • News-Based Content: Quick reaction videos to trending updates (like Google algorithm changes) to capitalize on news-driven spikes and attract new eyeballs/subscribers.
    • Viral Experiments: Attempts at broader/reaction content (akin to “Mr. Beast for SaaS” ideas) to reach outside niche audiences, even if challenging.
  • The founder Vasco published a new YouTube video almost every day for 45 days, sometimes continuing this volume for months, prioritizing consistency and volume over perfection. Most videos were simply Vasco in his basement, using a whiteboard to break down valuable topics—focusing on delivery over production polish.
  • The founder created multiple channels (Vasco SEO Tips, Tim SEO Guru, SEO News, etc.) and recruited creators from Upwork with video skills, paying per video and per performance.
  • They also Expanded into new languages (Portuguese, Spanish), mirroring the “MrBeast international” playbook for broader reach.

  • They Moved calls-to-action from the end of videos (where few watch) to early and mid-points in each video, significantly boosting conversions.
  • Using Specific, interactive, and actionable CTA (“Click and ask support for a coupon from this video”) helped them improve their video to SaaS conversion ratio over generic CTAs.
